So the new year has started and I have quite a few races lined up. Having these booked in now I’m finding a great motivation for training. This year will be all about the sprint distance and trying to establish a consistent base of training and specifically improving my speed of short distances.
I’m also going to get into open water swimming, which probably means joining a triathlon club.
Anyway, here’s the line up so far:
Feb 15th – Welwyn 10k
Mar 15th – Silverstone Half
May 3rd – Greenway Half
May 17th – Hatfield Sprint Tri
May 24th – Hertfordshire Sprint Tri (open water)
Aug 8th – London Sprint Tri (open water)
Sep – Hatfield Sprint Tri
